What a great group of people! Easy to work with and they got me right in and got me right out. I had a recall issue with my vehicle and needed an oil change and tire rotation. This was all fixed within a few hours and I even got a free car wash. I thought this may take all afternoon and had my wife take me back to work, by the time I got back to work, it was time to go back and pick up my vehicle. Too darn fast! I can't say enough positive things about Reed Chevrolet and the Service Staff. I recommend you think about visiting Reed Chevrolet if you're thinking about purchasing a vehicle; used or new!!!
They totally screwed up my oil change. The tech forgot to replace the oil that they drained. I was told I was good to go so I left the dealership. Only to get a half mile down the road and have a warning pop up and tell me to shut off the engine due to no oil pressure. Worst experience ever. Now I am worried what potential damage could have been done to my near new truck. Only has 7300 miles on it!! The dealership says it’s fine but I am having a hard time believeing it!!
Outstanding customer service. Jeff Davey was very professional. It was the first time I have enjoyed car shopping. He even made sure I got a camo hat. The little details separate the best from the rest. If you are looking for a car you owe it to yourself to give them a chance.
I've always had a good experience getting auto service from Reed Chevrolet. The wait time is usually pretty long but I don't mind it because they've got an awesome Roasterie coffee machine that's complimentary and decent wifi service to keep me productive while I wait. They also have a TV in their waiting area if you like. They also give complimentary shuttle rides around St Joseph if you don't want to wait or want to drop your vehicle off while you work. The customer service guys are always very friendly and accommodating.
Bought my car from Reed 2 months ago. Salesman was Joe Schrek and I have to give him 2 thumbs up for being a man of his word. During our negotiations, we got the good cop, bad cop routine. After the discussion we were approached by a second sales manager who wanted to apologize and make it up to us. And by making it up, I mean continue negotiations. I am happy with the car and the way Joe made sure I had everything I was promised. If you go to Reed and offer a fair price, be ready to roll up the sleeves because it will not be easy getting them to agree. However, the service received after the agreed price was excellent. They were timely and took care of everything as promised.
