I was passing through the area from St. Louis with my 3 young children on the way to Omaha to visit my sick grandfather. I had an unexpected issue with the power steering making a noise on my Honda Odyssey. I first went to Firestone where they said it would be several hours before they could get me in and they directed me to Rolling Hills Honda. I walked in to the service department and spoke with Derrick to explain my situation. I didn't have much time to wait for an appointment. He walked out to the parking lot with me and was able to confirm that the power steering fluid was very low. He topped off the fluid, had me start up the van to confirm that the noise problem was resolved and provided some extra steering fluid for me to take in case the problem happened again. I never even had to pull my van into the bay and I was back on the road in minutes! He was extremely professional and courteous. I am still in awe of how amazing my experience was. Derrick went above and beyond. I wish I lived closer so that I could make Rolling Hills Honda my regular dealership.
