Most of the departments look like a disaster area, and the dressing rooms, do you ever clean them? Wow, what a mess.
I shop at this kohls every week and always have a wonderful experience. Employees are very helpful and friendly unlike some places.that makes for better and happier shopping..the gentleman who i believe to be store manager helped me in mattress pads one day and he was so nice and helpful..i had asked about a chaps brand pad...anyway to sum it up kohls is my favorite store to spend my cash..and they seem to appreciate it too...

We r from aother state and were refused our kohl's cash because it expired. They need to last longer than 9 days after expiration date for those of us who live in rural areas. Thank u for your attention, we love shopping / u!!
Can they possibly be any slower? I waited in line forever with only two people in front of me. A lady argued a price which is fine, but the cashier took an eternity to go walking around the store looking for the item and the display. Then she took a long time with the rewards and credit card spew. Instead of calling for an cashier both checkers just kept customers waiting in a long line. At the other register was a customer going through three different emails looking for a possible coupon which 10 minutes later she never found. Like seriously call another cashier if you have issues to work through. I noticed several people just lay things down and walk away. I overheard a very rude cashier at the jewelry yell at a customer. What an awful experience.
People were helpful and took my merchandise to the checkout for me as I had a lot and couldn't get it all in one load l also had more shopping to do. When I got to the checkout my merchandise WAS NOT THERE AND NO ONE HAD ANY IDEA WHERE IT WAS. A N D. .. NO ONE OFFERED TO FIND ANY OF IT. They made one very weak call over their radios, which no one answered!! I WENT LOOKING FOR MY THINGS BUT COULDN'T FIND THEM. I ALSO HAD TO TRACK DOWN THE PERSON THAT TOOK MY MERCHANDISE TO THE COUNTER. NO ONE OFFERED! SOMEONE TOOK ALL MY THINGS AND RESTOCKED THEM. THE CHECKOUT GIRLS WERE ALL TOO BUSY LEANING ON THEIR CHINS TO HELP OUT HEY ANYONE TO HELP. NEVER FOUND ALL MY THINGS. NO ONE CARED! A LOT OF LAZINESS ON THEIR PART!
