My mom came in from out of state and bought a purse. This a was a couple months ago. She used the purse a couple weeks and the leather started to completely peel off. The purse still looked brand nwot just the huge patch of leather peeling off. She called and informed them and they advised next time she was in town they would handle it. She packaged it up and made it back down for the holidays. 1. The manager herself advised the girl at the front to handle it. That's the managers job to handle situations like this and she just sucked at her job period. Then when my mother was telling the girl at the counter what had happened the girl says "that's because you used it more than a couple weeks." Excuse me? You work in customer service. Don't accuse my mother of lying when you don't even know her. The purse was brand new besides the peeling leather. It should have never been put on the shelf to sell and should have been handle a lot better. Needless to say they have lost my whole families business. Neither of them deserve a pay check they suck at their job and hopefully the owner sees that before they lose even more business. Wouldn't shop here AT ALL! Cheap products poor management and customer services. I didn't even want to give one star...
Always love a trip thru T.J.s' to see what's new!
One of the worst T.J Maxx I have seen. The store seems to only get cast off items, that other stores don’t want, clothing and bags are dated. The perfume smells like it’s old, yes perfume expires. Clothing racks look like a garage sale set up, makes you just give up instead of looking.... not appealing at all. The reason for 2 stars( store actually deserves 0) is that they have a nice staff.
They constantly follow you around. You can't get no space. Not everyone steals.
Absolutely terrible customer service. I went to return an item, which I HAD the receipt for, and the cashier, Brittany, would not give me cash back or put it back on my debt card (which was a new card my bank had just issued me because my other one had expired). Instead she said I had to be issued store credit. I questioned her several times and she just kept saying "sorry, that's our policy." Zero common sense and quite frankly false advertising. If you have a receipt... you are supposed to get a refund. NOT STORE CREDIT.
