They really are the worst. They put in two remote starts in my vehicles. On one of the vehicles they wired it wrong and it was draining the batteries while the keys were out and no lights or anything else on. I kept having to get a jump start. I took it in to them 3 times over 2 months time to get it fixed each time taking a week or more to try and fix it. The owner actually accused me of tampering with it but I have no clue about remote starts which is why I paid them nearly $1,000. In the end I thought he should give me a partial discount for all the trouble not having my vehicle for over a month because they wired it wrong and couldn't figure out their mistake. I really wanted to like this place but the owner told me to go fly a kite in not such nice words.
