Beyond happy with these guys. They know what they are doing and they work fast. Had a problem with an old laptop. Thought it was just the RAM that failed, so we replaced it and it worked fine for a day. Then the next morning my old laptop totally went dead on me. Motherboard was gone. So I had some stuff on my old laptop I wanted on my new laptop I bought. They got the things off my old dead laptop and got them on my new laptop in 1 day and charged me nothing. I was shocked, but they said they considered it a warranty job. Made my day and I will never go anywhere else. These people are stand up people who really care about their customers.
Fantastic service on a cracked laptop screen repair. Cost less than they estimated and was done faster. Plus the only place in town to get some computer components.
I Called to see if they can do a simple job at our branch office. Due to my scheduling conflict I won't be able to drive back today. I've called and before even knowing what's going on they hang up the phone on me as soon they heard I'm out of town. Not even letting me finish what I was about to say. Didn't care if the issue even worth their time or not. A simple "No, I'm sorry" is more than enough for me to move on to the next business.
Terrible, terrible customer service. I found someone else that actually answers the phone with a professional tone and cares. Yes, you have the right to serve any customer and I have the right to hire the right person to allow to work in our office.
Just about anyone can fix a computer nowadays. I suggest you start working on your customer service.
