The representative was very helpful took his time showed me everything I needed and wanted to know and more about couple of phones that I'm thinking about upgrading to and he couldn't have done a better job and I will be going back to upgrade tonight or tomorrow.
Very good product and a new supervisor that is definately top notch and knows how to fix a problem..
I called the store and asked if they had the correct SIM card for my phone so it could be activated. I had to travel an hour to this store and they told three times on the phone they had the correct card. I arrived and was told they did not. There was no apology or sincere conversation regarding the poor customer service. Very very dissappointed.
The one star is lacking for the lies the main company told me. But great staff and fun prices.
If I could not even give one start I would. First of all, we didn't know this was a 3rd party store until we had to go get our phone lines fixed by an actual Sprint Store. My husband went to get a new phone and was given a J3 emerge which is horrible. Phone will not hold a charge & is slower than his old galaxy s4. Anyway, he spent an hour just getting the phone and then after that he left to go back to work and soon found out that his phone did not work. He had to take time out of his work day to leave to go back to the store to have them fix the issue, which they did. He thought all was fine, even though he was missing work to get something fixed that should have been done right the first time. We then realized that evening that each time I tried to send him a message he never got the message and instead it came to my phone as if I had sent it to myself. My voicemail was tied to his phone, so he couldn't check his voicemail. Needless to say it was a mess. We went to a regular Sprint store and soon found out that they didn't do a procedure that should have been done the first time. So at this point we have been to Sprint 3 times!! The regular Sprint store was able to get us up and running. My husband is returning the J3 and I was told he will have a restocking fee since we don't want to keep the phone and we are not allowing them to handle getting him another phone. The manager was condescending, when I asked for the information to who her boss was. Not because I wanted to get her in trouble but because I wanted to fight the restocking fee. In the poor manager's defense, I was not nice on the phone once she told me that no matter what we would be paying the fee. She finally gave me the info that I wanted. I want others to know that even if they mess it up you will pay the price! All in all, if we end up having to pay the restocking fee, which I am sure we will, we will have lost out on 3 hours of work...due to my husband having to leave work to fix their errors. Then we will have to pay again for them to fix their own errors. I have been with Sprint for 15 years and this is the first problem I have ever encountered!!!!
