We try to buy any large purchase locally but not with a company like this. Kansas City, here we come.
By far the worst service of services that I've experienced in a long time. The maintenance rep arrived nearly a week late, unannounced. He then claimed that he "doesn't normally clean hot tubs." After a discussion about expectations, the tub remained uncleaned. He then came back to wash out a disposable filter and just left it in our backyard. Never again.
Can I rate this company lower than one star, like ZERO? Am waiting on a call from the owner. Opted out of a new hot tub after two deliveries failed, and then a salesperson with an attitude basically hung up on me after telling me it was my fault they couldn't install it. I went to the store and as it was only a couple days, received a full refund. Salesclerk then lied to me telling me she hadn't hung up. Hey, I'm the consumer, why would I say she'd hung up if she hadn't ... I've nothing to lose here. On another note, have friends who were going to buy from them but no way now. One phone call by one rude sales clerk, two poor delivery attempts, and a bad feeling about this company, costs two sales to them.
I have used The Comfort Center for over 4 years. We had our pump, liner, lights, heater and filter all replaced. Always bought all of my pool chemicals from them. The service has never been overly friendly. When they opened my pool this year, there were a few wrinkles in my liner. After partially draining my pool, they came to smooth the wrinkles out. They ended up putting hundreds more. They wouldn't fix it. Told me to fill it and hope for the best. Another pool place came and helped me out. Don't waiste your money with The Comfort Center!!!
