THE WORST DR.'S OFFICE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. Staff is very slow and does not care one bit about customer service. Carol, one of the receptionists spent about 30 minutes on a personal call with me standing there right in front of her simply trying to schedule my next appointment, she pretended I wasn't even there until she finished her lengthy personal call. Also my previous Dr. faxed over requested documents several times to which they said they never received. After tiring of calling and asking if they have received the fax, my previous Dr. faxed me a copy and this confirmed they did receive all those faxes. Then after I personally delivered the information, they took 3 days to "process" the information and still were not willing to write my Rx so I had to fly all the way down to Dallas just to get an Rx for which they had more than enough information to prescribe. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!
