The Doctors are great but the support staff are rude and need to be educated on customer service.
The physician's here are first class however, at least one of the techs has poor manners. My disabled mom was leaving and the tech replied hallelujah. Hello- you have your job because patients are in need of these services. Patients and their families do not need to be subjected to insults by techs.
