A little bit expensive compared to the one I used before moving here and it's usually decently clean, but it gets really hot inside.
Could use a little cleaning. Had some mold in some of the front loaders.
Washers have a moldy, musty smell. Washed 4 loads of laundry, spent nearly $35 to have to rewash loads because soap wasn't dissolved and clothes not clean. I used Tide pods and the pods hadn't even dissolved, and what had dissolved was stuck to clothes. Washers not working properly and dryers didn't dry my clothes. Left with soapy, damp clothes because I couldn't afford to rewash and dry. Made a complaint to lady working, who was very friendly, and left contact info for the owner to contact me. Never received a call and whenever I have tried to contact them....Never able to reach! Very disappointed! Have never had this experience washing my clothes anywhere else. I drove a half hour to do laundry because I live in a small town that has a small laundry mat. I will continue to use the small town service and spend the day doing laundry...Cheaper and clothes come out clean!! I also learned every laundry service in st. Joe was owned by the same person. It may look clean and have a friendly staff but for the price and service, not worth it at all!!
Washing clothes here is expensive and the dryers take forever to dry. They need to increase the heat on the dryers. One dryer didn't dry my clothes and they didn't want to give me the money back that i put in it. They all most have your hands tied because there is only one other laundromat in St. Joe.
I enjoy this laundromat. It is usually pretty clean. Some of the washers have been replaced, and they seem to be in generally good, clean condition. The prices are a but steep, but not as bad as someone else mentioned. 3 loaders are 5.75, 2 loaders are 4.50 and the single loaders are 3.75. So yes, it is pricy. But not 50 a load pricey unless you haven't done laundry in 2 months
