I took my black leather bag into Weiser's a couple of years ago. When I got it back, it was no longer black because they steamed the color right out of it. I figured that accidents happen and let it go.
This is a very friendly dry cleaner and they do a great job! Highly recommend!

Weiser's will no longer get my business. I don't care if I have to drive 20 miles out of my way to keep them from getting my hard earned cash.

I more recently (last week) took my wool coat in to be dry cleaned. It came back clean but without a zipper pull. When I asked the clerk about it, she said "That's the chance you take". That had me livid!
