I moved to the area and have been pleased with the service provided. They get my food stains out of my shirts. I use them regularly for dry cleaning of my dress shirts.
Took in an expensive suit jacket with a spill on it. I was very clear about what happened and they agreed to clean it. Later, they changed their minds and folded up the damp suit jacket in a small plastic bag and tied it shut. Rather than calling me (my name and cell number were on the ticket attached to the bag), they left it sitting in the bag until I came back a week later. When I complained that they should have called me right away so I could take it somewhere else, they told me it would have been ruined anyway. By the way, I took the jacket to T&S cleaners who got the spill out (even after sitting in a bag at East Hills for a week) and did a fantastic job for a very reasonable price.
They will not take a debit card so you need to bring cash. Plus they have a big sign saying that you can't use your cell phone inside. They just don't want my business enough.
They completely ruined a brand new expensive dress that I have only worn once. They won't pay for what they did because it is a risk customers take having a dress that is light and dark but they never told me it was a risk I was taking they just said they could clean it. I will never let them ruin my clothes again!
