Best Vet ever. Always feel secure here
My cat has been acting funny and a neighbor recommend I take him to All Creatures. Upon entering I was looked at like I was crazy for even thinking I could step foot in the door of that establishment. The girl at the desk asked me what I needed. I quickly explained the situation then she rudely asked if I was a client. Which I am not, nor will I ever be now, and she VERY RUDELY said we aren't accepting new clients. I'm glad my cat wasn't dying because she was not going to help. At. All. There's no need to be rude. I will NEVER go back and I will definitely share my experience here and with all my friends, family and coworkers.
I called because I wanted to make an appointment for my extremely sick cat. They told me they are "no longer accepting new clients" and immediately hung up. Rude, disrespectful. I hope they treat their current clients well, because if the lose them, I doubt they'll get more.
I went in to get switched from a $60 med for my dog to something cheaper and they made a big deal of charging my card on the first of the month. They put my dog on Prozac for anxiety. And then didn't charge my card till the 6th when I told them to charge it on the first to the third, when there was money on it. When they did do it it took my last 6 dollars and by the time I needed refills they refused and now my dog is worse off because she never got help for anxiety plus now she is withdrawing from antidepressants.
Would give zero stars if possible. Called about a kitten that I had found in my garage. Less than 10 days old. Eyes not even open. Once I was on the phone I was asked if I was a client and I was not. Woman on the phone rudely stated that they were not accepting new clients and hung up the phone. Good thing they are in it for the animals.
