If it wasn't for this place our young Chi pup would have died anywhere else. The vet took her home & was up with her all night to make sure she made it as tiny as she was & not even a year old. Full grown now she only weighs 3 lbs. They did a great job of treating her like the family pet she was, new pup or old dog. They also have treated our cats as well. Great care, great staff!!!

On one regular checkup, my pet did not receive the appropriate shots. No phone call or notification for the protocol change. Only after contacting the clinic did I learn that the clinic no longer provided that particular vaccination. I understand that this particular vaccine may not be selling, but if my pet has continually received it for the past two years, then there's a reason why they should continue to get it. The inconvenience stresses the pet out and wastes my time as a customer. This was not the only instance of the clinic not performing adequately as I had to return several times for missed stitches or something else they didn't do right the first time.
Finally, the reception staff...oh my! But there is one that is just horrible! They need skills in customer service, and that one with the condescending attitude...well...I hope you don't have to interact with her.
Actual vets seem educated and capable, but this clinic is clearly NOT run like a business. I've waited numerous times for scheduled appointments with the normal wait around 20 minutes and the worst approaching an hour. When raising this to reception, the answer is that the vet is busy or there's an emergency. It obvious that the hour wait was due to a situation, but why is it that the customer has to pester reception for information and updates? And why are there routine delays in scheduled appointments? My time and money are just as valuable as the vet's time and service- hence the exchange.
