Great pool and hot tub with excellent scenery. The main pool is heated and is half indoor half outdoor (you swim under these flaps which is super cool when it's cold outside!) Hot breakfast was excellent with two beautiful waffle makers (a must for me). This place is a five star hotel in my opinion.
I've stayed here many times, and it's always great. The rooms were clean, staff was eager to help, breakfast was great. They asked us if there was a floor we preferred when we checked in and we got it. If I'm traveling and hear that there is a Stoney Creek, that's where we stay. I've always had exceptional experience with these hotels.
Attended a professional event and was not an overnight guest. The hotel is conveniently located, with easy access to I-35. All staff that I interacted with we're friendly. However, the hotel seems a bit run down, and could use updating. Styling is of course rustic, but some decor seemed old and in rough shape. Food that we were provided, which I assume was catered from the hotel, was acceptable.
The staff was very curtious. The location was neat and clean. The room was up to par and had everything we needed. Our stay was impeccable. We have always chosen stoney creek to stay at and we will continue to stay.
